50ml/2fl oz bourbon
25ml/1fl oz fresh lemon juice

Preparation method
- Place all the ingredients except the ruby port into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
- Strain the cocktail into a tumbler over ice.
- Pour the ruby port carefully on top, so that it floats. Garnish with a slice of orange and a fresh cherry.

Preparation method
- Pour the Scotch into a mixing jug with a handful of ice. Dip the teabag in for about 20 seconds to infuse, remove and add the remaining ingredients.
- Stir until well combined, then strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with the lemon twist.
